We are looking for a highly motivated professional who is interested in working in our new founded american hub - in a small team for a big international group within the food and confectionery industries.
- Officer management with all parts of administrative duties, such as phone staffing, billing control, assisting the Sales Managers with hotel and flight bookings etc.
- In addition, you will be responsible for data entry, representing the Office Manager in processing spare parts orders, assisting with trade shows and social media
- Further tasks would be, inside sales, web presentation and also follow up existing leads, trade show follow up and learn all aspects of spare parts sales & admin
- This position is for someone who is confident, hands-on, and enthusiastic with the ability to multi-task
- Five years experience as administrative assistant or in a similar position
- You need a associate degree, technical aptitude and interest
- You need both good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- To make your profile interesting you have good organizational skills
