The DAC 2.0 is a space-efficient inline gondola buffer that stabilizes upstream and downstream processes for sensitive, unwrapped food and confectionery products. With a compact height of 2.9 m and modular segment lengths of 3–4 m, it integrates easily into existing lines, even where space is limited.

The hygienic gondola design without moving parts above the product reduces contamination risks. Each gondola is equipped with RFID, ensuring full traceability and true FIFO buffering. An integrated cooling or drying zone can replace or shorten external cooling tunnels.

Product parameters such as speed, cycle rate, or cooling time are managed via recipe control through the HMI—mechanical format parts are not required. The integrated COP station allows fast cleaning during operation. As a result, the DAC 2.0 increases overall line efficiency and minimizes product loss.
