Standard system with modern and compact machine design

The VRM has a compact machine design with one or two capping turrets in combination with an application unit for measuring cups.

It is equipped with positive bottle and cap control with auto-detection systems.

The reproducible capping function can be chosen between torque or angle control.

Also, the VRM offers a toolless changeover with repeatable settings and easy operator prompting due to storage of all relevant bottle / cap data.

Optional the machine can be in combination with a cap sorting machine – fully synchronized.

Plugs, screw caps, press-on caps, ROPP caps, measuring cups and pumps
